Driving south on I-55, exit at Exit 69 [Highway HH - Sikeston-Miner, MO] and turn right (west) on Highway HH. Go about 100 yards to a stop sign [Highway H], continue through that stop sign for 4 miles to US 61. Turn left (south) and follow US 61 south into Sikeston. [You are already in the city limits at this point.] After 1.75 miles on US 61 the First United Methodist Church is on your right. (1307 N. Main)
