Ministry of All Believers (formerly Basic)

The purpose of the Ministry of All Believers course is to clarify the critical role of the laity in the life and mission of the Church and to inspire and equip lay persons to pursue God’s call on their lives as part of the Body of Christ. 

This course is designed to be the entry-level course for persons new to church leadership or interested in learning more about how they can deepen their understanding and response to God’s call as a layperson and build skills to minister or lead in the local church. The Ministry of All Believers course is also a pre-requisite for becoming a Certified Pulpit Supply.

This course will explore the importance of the ministry of all of us as believers, primarily how lay servants serve by caring, communicating, and leading and how we grow in discipleship.

You will need Lay Servant Ministries Participant’s Book by Brian and Sandy Jackson. You can purchase it on  Amazon, ChristianBook, Cokesbury

This class will be Saturday, June 17 at Huffman Memorial in St. Joseph, MO 

The class will meet from 9:00AM- 12:00PM
